After three trips to Costa Rica I found the perfect ocean view farm with waterfalls for a reforestation project and Sustainable Futures Center. I really looking for a neighbor/partner who is interested in buying one or two of the ocean view lots located on the farm. These lots are near the road where there is electricity, and an a connection to the local water supply. The purchase includes 1000 pre-purchased trees.

The farm is part of a "mother farm" where the Costa Rican owner has about 145 acres he uses for his cows and 11 horses. The other 75 acres is part of my R&R farm where we will be retaining 24 acres as wild forest land, using about 10 acres for housing, sustainable futures center, and music pavilion, and using the rest for reforestation with the intent of an eventual outcome of perpetual forest for wildlife. The trees will help "pay their own way" by being planted and maintained now, with an eventual potential value of as much as $1,000 each.
